At Pop Ups Brand, we want you to love your new style, but we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges if your purchase isn't quite right. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original labels and packaging are included.

Attach the Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
